SONCATCHERS KIDS
Our Soncatcher Kids and their families are a priority at our church. Our goal is to affirm that our church cares about them and that God loves them. All kids Age 3 through Grade 6 are welcome to join us each Sunday to learn and grow in God’s Word. Families are invited to join in special events throughout the year.
Kids and families are a priority at South Seaville United Methodist Church! A church with a strong Children & Families Ministry is joyful, hopeful, inspired, and vital.
We currently offer two Soncatchers Sunday School classes:
- Age 3 through Grade 2
- Grades 3 through 6
Our current curriculum is Team Kid/Faithful Promises, covering the stories of the Old Testament. Kids also take part in meaningful service projects, annual Soncatcher Sunday, a Christmas Play, and much more! We also host family events throughout the year and VBS each summer.
Our 10:30am Sunday Service includes a kids’ song and Children’s Moment before children leave for Sunday School with their teachers. We also offer a Quiet Room—with the ability to hear and see the sanctuary—for parents with children under age 3.
